I spent all day in Sacramento today working to save Public Transit funding from major cuts. (Did you realize when you were you were voting for Prop 1b transporation bonds in November that you were voting for a shift in funds for public transit, not new transit funding? If the Governator gets his way, the $5Billion in new transit infrastructure will actually be an annual reduction of nearly 3/4 of a billion.
Needless to say, I need the chuckle I received when I got to my email and saw this.
News Folks, life is becoming too serious, levity is desperately needed.
We present, the Alameda Daily Noose. Choking off public debate for almost a week.
