		<description>Thanks for the excellent analysis and insights into the Boatworks project.  I was at the Council meeting where it was first discussed, and marveled at how this project with multi-family housing was progressing with little controversy.  Even Jean Sweeney spoke in favor of the compromise plan with multi-family housing units!</description>
